| It was a fun day for golf with a cold NE wind, hard fairways and slow greens; average was 32. There was both high scoring and some low scoring too! It was good to see so many ladies out and to remind them that they need 10 rounds to get into the eclectic competition. The high scorers were determined to break records for the most cut golfer but winner with an outrageous 46 was George Armstrong (-6) from Steve Godfrey (-8), Kelvin Oxley (-6), Ian James (-6) and Andy Thomas (-8). Not escaping from contribution were grabam, slasher, oh-dear, houligan_english, hexed, bell_man, the_pits, smit_i, old pro (more money than sense) and not_so_good. |
