| What a lovely golf day, warm with some sunny spells and a light breeze. It was a great shame that the club had allowed a society of hackers to suffer for a long period before the majority of Crispies started so there were some severe choke points. Surely there ought to be some check to ensure that only competent golfers are allowed on a course which is quite difficult? Winner with 40 points was Robin Herbert from Steve Coomber, Paul Godwin, Martin Short and Gavin Whitworth. There was intense competition to buy the crisps with many on 29 missing out. The winners were braked, fence_crasher, mystery_quest, jonnah, strewth, oiled, broken_harness, snarled_k, tanked, blackened, old_banger, couldn't_cope and lost_tail_feathers. |
