| It was a lovely day for golf, mild with a NE breeze but the greens were still pock-marked so hard and bumpy. The scores were high (average 33) and there were 12 twos so many had figured out the greens except Chris Coxon who had passed altogether. Winner with an outrageous 47 points (cut 6) was Lee Burgess followed by Oliver Yarde, Martin Hogan, Ben Childs and Jason Peacock. For carelessly being in the winning scores but not winning were Oliver Dawson and Jon Webster who were also cut 3 (very hard luck really). Even less fortunate were the Secretary Bird, marked_man, tripped_at_the-last, frayed, money_bags, houligan, long-john, dusty (welcome back), pitfall, nelly_j, old pro, F1_crash, crash-n-burn and smuts_i. |
