| Yet another lovely sunny day with hard running fairways and greens that could do with some rainwater but scores were up although the average was down at 32 but lots of 2s. Winner on count-back was last year's Champion Jeff Andrews with 41 from Martin Hogan, Paddy Farrell, Alan Shire and Tony Biggs. Caught in that ghastly trap of equalling but not being in the winners' enclosure were John Snell and Paul Thorogood so hard luck to them. Selflessly supporting the rest of us were the Old Pro, Salts (he needs them with that slice), weakarm, bracelet, goodloss, McHouligan, sherbert, fell_off-his-camel, strewth, fell_off-her-horse and browser. |
