So just 2 more weeks and it's getting very interesting at the top. Steve's spell as number one has been joined by Bob McWilliams who beat his lowest by 3 last night and shares the lead with 360 points. Can Steve or Bob make another evening to break the tie? Will Coomber be a late runner and manage to creep up at the end or will young Tom make it back from college to put in a final spirt? Very interesting indeed.
Tonights spoils goes to the cheshire grinning Paddy Farrell with what was a very respectful 41 points and in his own words "A well planned out strategy to come up through the ranks in the final few crispy evenings and take the top spot on the last night" Good luck Paddy, but the odds are against you mate.
Reminder... The presentation night where we crown this year's crispy champion will be on Wednesday 31st October.. It's 7pm for 7:30 at the clubhouse, so if you can make it you'll be able to fit a round of golf in first, (I think people intend to go off at about 2ish) and then just like last year we'll have a meal (order off the bar menu) and presentation. Plus my usual breakdown of facts and figures throughout the year. If you can make it we need to know numbers before hand so see myself, Jim or Jeff and just let us know. We've got 16 coming so far.
