| Nine tenths cloud (odd sun burst) and a wind that backed and veered all afternoon made Ali think that scores would be low. Steve Lowe with 41 was best and, of course, the amazing Gary was second. The greens can be read apparently to give some idea of what will happen to the putt. They were obviously written in either Chinese or Arabic and the editor can only assume that Steve and Gary are fluent in both. Kevin 'the hat' Burt's cue was in form as he strolled in third and will be cut 6. Nobody said life was fair! The editor is away next week so results will be posted the week after. |
