It is the President's 70th Birthday this week! Unlike Seb Blatter, he has been immune to bribery or corruption refusing to dispense money or gifts of handicap advantage to his friends; your editor knows from personal experience having been refused a request for a 2 shot advantage to write this! The weather being very pleasant, most of the key Crispys were out but scores were not brilliant. Ali (no surname on his card) won with 37 so we could only guess who it might be. John White, a Steadman protege, could only score 33 rather like his master - good boy! Thanks to Michelle Sloman for providing sustenance and good cheer at the Half-way House: keep supporting her. Finally good luck to Martin Short who is getting married on Saturday.
