| Definitely autumnial with leaves starting to look like balls for those straying off the fairway. Both Bru Chadwick and Woodie Burt could be seen crossing each other in the trees, quite obviously studying the fauna, both wearing hats to die for. Although 'Golden Wonder' was not to be seen, his place was taken by StuLing who has now to play on -5, not a problem from a former Crispy champion! Geoff Tyler grabbed second place in a flying visit from Cornwall and will be sorely missed here although them there Cornishmen may not appreciate his winning ways. Simon Heap had another credible round even after an exhausting son's first year birthday party on Sunday. Some people are just tough! |
