It was not quite short weather but fairly pleasant with the course still playing well. The Red-backed Crombek won with 40 points with a flock on 38 points but the Serinus Symonosi edged it followed by the Red-billed Oxpecker and The Blue-billed Firefinch. The Slender Bulbul was amazingly lucky not to be included with his h/c of -1 since he would have gone to -3 instead of 0. There's true tactical scoring for you! Buying crisps was Serius Scotops (with a flock of McGremlins) and the Bronze-wing Courser and the Groot Tinktinkie. We are hoping that the Road Runner manages to cure his back but understand that all that leading of the pack for so long has done him in!
