A fantastic gross 66 gave Jason Brock top score tonight of 44 points. He along with Mark Peters who shot 42 points also had 3 twos tonight each. Must have been some great golf by the two of them. Obvious a night where hitting the ball a million miles down the fairway made it easy to score for these two big hitters. Alan Hannigan and Paddy Farrell were in 3rd and 4th respectively on 39 separated only by their back nines. Scoring was fairly good all around tonight with most of the 36 players in the thirties. There were also 15 twos tonight which is I think a record. However, there were some of us who for some reason found the going hard, me included. Spare a thought though for Daryl Pengelly who on his first night this year playing in the crispy and with a score of 29 which is usually safe had to buy the crisps. Oh and by the way if any one sees Daryl he owes us a fiver as he didn't have enough money on his card.
