It was cloudy and slightly chilly with a mischievous easterly along with a rock-hard course and bumpy hairy greens; scoring wasn't easy. The winner was Peter Horton with 38 from Charles Fuller (will he play again?), Matt Contreras, Miles Skuse and Richard Maslen. In the losers' enclosure were the Beltman, the late Bugsy, Chaffed, not-Finemount, The Morris 7 (quite a car crash), one of 2 Pros and the other Pro. Even with an extremely suspect technique (or perhaps because of it), the Professor was the only one with a two. Last year's dinner will be held on Wed 19 May. If you wish to attend, please email Jim Nation at jimnation2@gmail.com as soon as possible.
