| Covid 19 rules, not OK. The weather was great all week and scores trickled in from Monday to Friday. JJ Poole ruined it all on Monday with an astonishing 42 points (4 under gross), followed later by Richard Bond 40, Tom Newnes and John Foster on 39.There were some interesting hair styles, with the President leading, dodgy goatee and all. If there had been crisp buying, Secretary Bird, BiggsTone, the Treasurer, a bony Scot and strange Welshman plus Crisp Coxon would have contributed, but not this time. Handicaps have started. |
