Lots of Crispys were at the Cornish Festival where the weather was fine with no rain and generally not much wind. The Swifts were there, shattering various distance records and several high scoring ones. Back home, there was a slightly reduced field with Compo strolling in first, Brocky second, the Captain (whatever) next(!), and finally El Presidente who seems either in the prizes or buying crisps. Martin Short, who crushed everyone last week is now set on repaying his winnings, was last, followed by Pat the Jones. The Road Runner faltered this week but we can expect that to change, surely? The cards were exemplary.
