| The Editor's been in Brittany so can only say that the weather was very nice over there and the food very good. The standard of golf was average at 31 points which just goes to show that the new handicap system hasn't changed anything at all. Winner was the Head Scorer (chiselled features?) with 38 points from Kelvin Oxley, Michael Bird and Andy Berry. There was a tremendous battle to buy crisps with 7 players on 26 points and one can only marvel at their willingness to feed the rest of the gannets. The winners(?) were El Presidente, Priceless, Flopster, tall-putter-broke, Snookered and too-much-social-media. Onto the next battle then after we've all recovered from the last frantic day of the Premiership. |
