The weather was overcast with a threat of rain which was realised later when the Carpet-bagger and his partner Full-pelted-down caught a fair amount of water. The course was lush except for the greens which are still patchy; scores were lower than normal. Class will out and Kobe Adams won with 35 from the Secretary Bird, Rich Harman and Richard Maslen. Thoughtfully buying the crisps were The Locksmith, The Editor, The Old Pro, not-chaffing-at-the-bit, The Protestor (after winning last week) and the Beltman. Sadly we have cancelled the proposed dinner for last year's winners next week. The end of season bash will therefore have lots of winners to celebrate.
