It was cloudy, only average temperatures and even two drops of rain. The course was hard and bouncy and the greens quite quick, putting beautifully. Scoring was high for most people who obviously did not suffer from horrendous bounces, but no more of that! Chris Hole won (he obviously had a day where it seemed bigger than normal) with 42 points from Nat Pepperel (again!) with 41, Steve, lock your daughters up?, Coomber with 40 and our very own Secretary Bird with 39. The carnage in cuts will be interesting to see with two -6s! Tony, straight but not long, Biggs was last with Alan Hannigan, Kevin the hat Burt, Martin Hogan and Kevin O'Brien all contributed to the crisps, thank you. |
