| Weather was fine with a swirling wind; greens were cored and slow. Scoring was low with some stiff competition for the crisps. Biggsy-baby won in slow time with James Symons second on count back (cut 5!). Gary won hat of the day award with a natty streamlined affair with interesting detailing. Barbie-doll was very muted in restrained oranges and the professor needs to stop wearing plimsols. The remark of the day was about Paul shaving the hole many times, almost without count, so that he nearly gave up - likened to a beautician eventually running out of wax.
