| The day was blowy but thankfully dry after quite a lot of rain in the morning. Only the hardy Crispys were out including the amazingly tough Treasurer in shorts and T-shirt. Indeed, the day was so tough that your editor was seen at the 10th trying to dig to Australia through the bunker. With catcalls from Gary and Trickey, he eventually threw his digging tool down the 11th fairway. He explained later that 'you should always throw in the direction of travel'. Tony 'I don't hit it very far' Biggsy won with a credible 38 points, Richard Maslen second with 37. All in all, a tiring day! |
