| Spring is definitely here with blossom on the trees and growth on the fairways. The greens are improving and the white tees were way back with the fairies. Scores were low this week. Michael Bird (codename 'The Owlman') - crisp buying last week - was first with 40 points, James the Tong second, followed by the Hatman, Kevin Burt and finally Pep (another Crisp buyer). Kindly contributing, were Malcolm Lawrence, George Lee and the mocking Steve Coomber, hoping to avoid the swifts who had long since departed! Roy Miller is welcomed back, crisp buying to a fault.
